2Cor.11:[4] For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

The theme of the preaching is JESUS, by which you receive the Holy Spirit and accept the truth of the gospel.
There are many churches around where a lot of things may be preached but the focus of any church’s message must be JESUS. For there is no other way to Heaven than through the door which is JESUS.

There are those indeed who preach another JESUS. Some preach He is an elevated angel. There are those who preach He is brother to Lucifer. There are those who preach He was a great man. But as Jesus Himself asked His apostles “whom say ye that I am?”. (Perhaps the greatest question in the Bible. Every man must answer this question for himself.)
We need to be preaching Jesus the Savior. We need to be preaching Jesus the Lord. We need to be preaching Jesus the King. The Jesus preached is God manifest in the flesh, died on a cross and returned to Heaven. (1 Ti. 3:16)

The Spirit we receive does not magnify Himself but rather draws all attention to the dying Savior. (Jn 15:26///16:13) There are those who would say you need to receive a spirit which magnifies himself and glories in other things rather than Jesus. This is not the Spirit that God sent.

The gospel accepted must be the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus (1 Co 15:1-4). There is no other.
They would preach a gospel with other requirements for salvation. They would preach a gospel, which is not a gospel, of works or of baptism or endurance. They would preach a gospel of faith in whatever you believe will be good enough to gain Heaven’s entry. This is a lie from the father of liars. There is none other name besides Jesus by which salvation is promised.
